After understanding, you will find that the price of solid wood furniture constructed by small manufacturers or carpenters on site will be much higher than that of large brand customized solid wood furniture. In addition to the price difference, is there any difference? The following is part of the production process of big brand solid wood furniture. Let's have a look. It is hereby suggested that we should choose from the solid wood furniture brand with independent production capacity, otherwise the same quality cannot be guaranteed.
1. The thickness of wide sand shall be fixed, and the sand shall meet the size of processing requirements as required. After machining, polishing sand shall be carried out. The primary sand of coarse sand is 0.2mm, and the primary sand of polishing sand is 0.1mm.
2. Finish cutting, set the length of the wool, ensure that there is no stubble collapse and blackening in the processing process, the processing error of length and width shall not exceed 0.2mm, the diagonal below 1m shall be ≤ 0.5mm, and the diagonal of plate above 1m shall be ≤ 1mm.
3. Molding: process and shape the wood according to the drawings. Stubble chipping, burr, tool jumping and blackening are not allowed during processing. The surface of the processed parts shall be smooth, flat and consistent in line shape. Before processing, check whether the screws of the equipment parts are loose, whether the formwork is installed in a standard manner and whether the tools are installed tightly. It is forbidden to feed along the tool during processing, and the dimensional error of the parts shall not exceed 0.2mm.
4. Drilling: drill holes according to the process requirements of the drawing. During the processing, there shall be no collapse and prick. The hole processing error shall not exceed 0.2mm. The products shall be drilled with supporting holes, trial assembly and frequent inspection to ensure the quality of the products.
5. The accessories shall be sanded and polished. The finished products with good sanding shall be flat, free of sand marks and consistent edges and corners. Before sand inspection, the use position of components shall be known first, and the soil shall be supplemented first and then sanded.
6. Group erection: assemble the parts that need not be disassembled. Prepare materials before assembly, check all the parts to be assembled according to the requirements of the drawing processing, and the parts are free of chipping, burr and blackening. After the first piece is installed, the re scale starts to measure when there is no error between the re scale and the drawing process. During the assembly process, the glue cloth shall be applied evenly. The assembled semi-finished products shall be free from nail leakage and nail leakage. The combination shall be tight, and the glue shall be wiped clean.
7. Check whether the large assembly and trial assembly parts are in error with the drawings. The difference between the large-scale assembly and the small-scale assembly is the finished product.?
8. Sand inspection of finished products and sanding of finished products shall be carried out to ensure flatness, no sand marks and consistent edges and corners.
